HAWKS SEEK PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING ROBBERY SUSPECTS

The Welkom based Hawks Serious Organised Crime Investigation (SOCI) detectives are looking for two males in the pictures, who can shed light on the robbery that occurred in Odendaalsrus on , 5 April (Saturday) 2025. 

A crew of three guards were performing their cash collection duties at a wholesale in Odendaalsrus when they were attacked by about four armed suspects who disarmed them of their work firearms.

The assailants exchanged gun shots with the driver of the armoured cash delivery vehicle before fleeing the scene in a silver hash back Mercedes-Benz with Free State registration number. 

There were no fatalities or injuries reported as a result of the incident.
