SQUARE PANTS TO RELEASE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED EP

Zastron most hyped Hip-Hop artist Square Pants has assured to blow music fanatics with his upcoming EP titled " Blow up or die Trying".

Born and bred from the dusty streets of Zastron, Kgotso Koekoe 26, known by his stage name (Square Pants) has been buzzing social media with his music for quite some time.

Square Pants noted that his passion for music started in 2018, after returning from initiation school.

A friend of his South Juwz, introduced him to Hip Hop and from then he fell in love with rapping.

The muso has released several projects that took social media by storm and deems the upcoming EP as one of his most anticipated work, reiterating that it will open doors for greater things to come.

Last year he shared the stage with the likes of Emtee at the Summer Break Festival, one of the biggest musical festival in Xhariep district, hosted in Zastron.

"Seeing myself getting booked has to be the highlight of my career. I have been dreaming of such an opportunity to come by and seeing it actually coming into reality is a dream come true. It shows that when you work hard you get rewarded", said Square Pants.

He is not only working on his EP but also collaborating with various artists on the upcoming singles.

Square Pants encourages young people from his hometown to put in the work and not be deterred by the lack of opportunities in the vicinity of Zastron.

"Young people from Matlakeng need to be persistent, in a place where there are no opportunities you need to create your own. No one will come to save you if you don't take the first step and start knocking on different doors", said Square Pants.
